Kiroro Grand Japan

What can I say? You never disappoint me! 3rd year in a row we came because we love it so much. I always say people made the place better, and you guys prove my point. Everyone has been amazing in this place, your smile and friendliness is awesome. I couldn't possibly name everyone. I would though like to specially mention some. CDV Zac and assustant Ocean, From reception, Bonus is excellent. In the restaurant and bar, chief chef John, chef Angel, chef Sonny, chef Trio, chef Agung, Finn, restaurant manager Sam who has been so accomodating to my needs, Perla is so helpful, friendly and patient, very professional in her work. bar - James, Dolphin , Dogonay, Tong, Atom who epuld make any drink we requested. The entertainment is outstanding by the team, in particular Top - who is a legend. Snowboard instructors - Milos and Kubo, Ski instructor - Rory.

This is my 2nd time staying in Kiroro Grand club med. We have checked in to the hotel on 16 Dec 2025 & received a warm welcome by the GOs. The hotel has a modern yet exquisite décor.

I would like to express our special thanks to my ski instructors, Kaji-san, Kane-san & Masahiro-san for their patience & professional guidance. They have made skiing so much fun!

In addition, I would like to express my gratitude for the friendly & welcoming treatment by Dolphin , Jim & Sam from the Food & Beverage section, especially Dolphin, as I have met him before in Tomamu club med in 2023!

This is one great place to stay if you want to enjoy the powdery snow. I guarantee that you won’t be disappointed!

Everything was amazing at Kiroro. Staff especially… they could not do enough to ensure all our needs were met! Shoutout to Jim, Kiran and Geordie, Top (what an artist!) John (the amazing chef!), and manager Sam in particular. I could not fault anything, and we can’t wait to come back!!!

整體體驗非常好，已經去過很多個Club Med的渡假村，從入村開始就收到村長和各GO的照顧，體驗非常好，推薦大家來Kiroro Grand 渡假村滑雪。

My kids didn't want to go home... They learnt and enjoyed the ski exercises, made a lot of friends (including GOs, and kudos to Cindy, Yuka, and Cooper! ), explored different Japanese traditions from hot spring to Japanese clothes, and definitely enjoyed the Club Med dinners and ice creams!

As parents, we got wonderful personal times and also enjoyed our ski practices. We will come back next year for sure!
