My stay at Club Med Phuket was truly unforgettable, and one of the main reasons was the exceptional service from Aum, one of the amazing G.Os (Gentle Organizers) on the team.
From the moment we arrived, Aum greeted us with a warm smile and genuine hospitality. She was always friendly, helpful, and incredibly attentive. Whether it was explaining activities, assisting during meals, or offering help whenever we needed anything, Aum went above and beyond to make sure we felt welcomed and cared for.
What impressed me most was her positive energy and professionalism. Aum made every interaction feel personal and meaningful, and it was clear that she truly loves what she does. Her presence made us feel more like we were visiting a friend than staying at a resort.
Thank you so much, Aum, for making this trip extra special. You are a true gem, and I hope to see you again in the future!

Teens Club
5/5 • 05/06/2025I spent most of my day with the teens club. Aum really made everything much more fun. I wish to come back to club med phuket again and see her. I really love the night shows Club Med has as they also allow the teens club to participate in some. The dances after the show are one of my favourite parts

The best teen club in club med
5/5 • 05/06/2025I love the teen club in club med phuket. It helped me to socialise and not just staying in the room and playing the phone all day. I would also like to shout out to Aum becuase she is our teen club leader and she brought us to play many fun games like volleyball and water games
