お世話になりました
5/5 • 01/04/2025まず、日本人スタッフのHirokoさんには大変お世話になりました！クラブメッドは外国だから、とその良い点を見るようにしてきましたが、Hirokoさんは日本の良さと外国の良さを両方体現されている方だと思います。クラブメッドでこのような日本スタイルの接客は初めてでした。多くの日本人カスタマーをお一人で対応され、お休みの日にも見送りなどに出て来られる等、今の時代にはなかなか日本でも感じることができないマニュアルを超えたおもてなしの心を感じました。日々、すべきことをこなしていればいいやと、変に今の時代を大活用していた自分の働き方を見直すきっかけをくださいました。
またどこかでお会いしたいです(^^)

Great family resort with a party vibe!
4/5 • 01/04/2025Great family resort with a night time party vibe! You will have a great time everyday and so will your kids. No one will get bored! Especially appreciate the attention of the family club staff. It was fun meeting the staff from all around the world!
