Since this is our 2nd visit in a row for the 25/26 season, there is not much new to highlight about the overall experience.

However, I would like to give recognition to some of the hidden gems.

Tino from the front desk/concierge remembered us from our last visit in Dec 2025. He was extremely helpful upon our arrival and assisted with our luggage arrangements. He also provided immediate help when I asked for a plaster for a cut on my finger, especially as I was rushing for my ski lesson.
Bruce helped us with taxi booking for our departure, and Jennifer was very diligent in ensuring our check-out process was smooth.

Benz and Tonkey were very dedicated and attentive in providing excellent service, even during the busiest hours.

Chris and Luke from the Pro Shop provided excellent service in both the rental and return of ski and snowboard equipment.

Last but not least, the main purpose of our trip, skiing and snowboarding was a great experience, thanks to instructors Mladen, Namik, and Lukas for their professionalism in coaching. In addition, Instructor Charlie went the extra mile to help us when someone mistakenly took my daughter’s snowboard. I would also like to thank asst ski director Zsofi for escorting me back to the resort from the trail to exchange my ski boots.

Personally, I preferred the 24/25 season led by Logan. The vibe was great, and you could see him around the resort at all times.

We went as a group of friends and honestly had an even better time than we had anticipated.

We had an amazing time with Luke and Richard in our group ski lessons. Luke was easygoing and very encouraging. Our whole group progressed quickly and really enjoyed ourselves!

We were a really large group so meal arrangements can be quite tricky so we’re thankful to Merz for his help.

The GOs were loads of fun and the nicest bunch. Special shoutouts to Daf with the best playlist at the magic carpet, Yosuke for cocktails and checking up on us, the pizza man cos YUMS, Luke and Richard for being the funnest to be around and ensuring we had the best time.

Great atmosphere for all. The coaches were amazing. Lukas got our son snowboarding amazingly in a week, Charlie was also great. For adults, Mercedes, Edo and Manuel were outstanding.

Crazy fun with the dances at night, ngl ur ski intructors are so good at teaching and funny too, i had the best experience with luke and i'll always remember it 😛😛

Club Med Sahoro is easily one of the best club meds i have ever been to. I met so many people and the GO’s are amazing. Some people i met were Manu, Camila, Nachy, Dylan, and others, but all of them were so happy and they were so entertaining. I would like to say thank you to Hailey, the chef du village, and all the people who make the delicious food and clean up the rooms. Everyone was so happy, they brought the mood to be so positive, and they were very funny. I also met Max (two of the three) and it was very fun to have them as my instructors. Club med was amazing, thank you!
