The view is really good and the staffs are really kind. I joined the teens club, me and my brother were one of the only teens at that time and Cara managed to entertain us well, that was definitely the highlight of my trip to Club Med Tomamu! I will want to come back next time :) The excursions are excellent and I totally recommend coming to Club Med Tomamu!

A truly wonderful and unforgettable experience. Every aspect of Club Med Tomamu blew away our expectations. The rooms and common areas were very clean and tidy, sports equipment were in great condition. The food was amazing as well, with many new dishes in every meal and good taste. Above all, the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, making our stay feel like visiting home. Special shoutout to the people below who went out of their way to deliver the warmest welcome and many precious memories.

The teenager club is excellent, the leader Cara did a very good job, the volley ball and the “flying thing” is so impressive!

There is no shortage of activities at Club Med Tomamu! During our 8-night stay, we enjoyed a wide range of experiences, including a day trip to Furano and Biei, sports activities such as tennis, archery, trapeze, and yoga, hiking, swimming in the wave pool at Mina-Mina Beach, relaxing in the naturally heated open-air onsen, taking the gondola up to Unkai Terrace, and exploring Hoshino Farm.

What truly made our stay memorable, however, was the people. The G.O. team made us feel right at home from the moment we arrived. Special thanks to Ujang and Novia for the wonderful conversations over meals and for their help throughout our stay, whether guiding us during archery or answering our questions about Unkai Terrace and our room. Albert and Josh also stood out with their infectious energy, warmth, and friendly personalities.

The Mini Club team (Grace, Haruka, Mickey, Diana, Wadee, Sarah, Tachi, Mai, Ayang, Vanny, and Arri) did an exceptional job caring for our son and the other children. Their enthusiasm, dedication, patience, and genuine care gave us complete peace of mind and allowed us to fully enjoy our holiday.

We would also like to thank Logan and his team for the entertaining evening shows, as well as the boutique staff, reception team, housekeeping team, and transport team for their attentiveness and professionalism. A special mention goes to the restaurant and bar crews, whose hard work, warm hospitality, and consistently excellent service ensured that every meal and dining experience was enjoyable.
