teenage instructor, Cara, was super friendly, funny, and kind.

I had such an amazing time at the resort with always having something to do especially getting to meet others and interacting with all the GOs there. all the instructors especially the sports ones were amazing and always made sure that I was okay when mountain biking, hiking, Nordic walking, doing yoga, and my favorite activity, doing the trapeze. All of them always made sure that I had fun no matter what but still stood firm with the number one rule of safety. As a teen and being apart from the teens club, I got to meet my favorite GO member of my stay here at ClubMed Tomamu, Cara. She was so lively and always had a smile on her face no matter the time of the day. We got to have deep conversations and have a blast with playing different games and activities. The best part with her was definitely doing the show with her; she made me and my sister feel so confident and have a positive mindset which I really looked up to. Going back to doing sports in ClubMed, my favorite GOs included: Jean, Reuben, Jake, Rizal, Austin and Athena. when participating in all these sports activities with these GOs I not only got to know them better but they really taught me how to push myself beyond my limits and had helped me with overcoming different fear, trying new things, and most importantly helped me feel safe wherever I was which I really appreciate. Lastly, all the shows at night really amazed me and seeing different GOs out of their shell also got me to look up at them and boost my confidence. The food was so good and always stuffed me to my fullest; they had so many different cuisines but definitely my favourite was the pizza with its crispy crust and most importantly the pizza chef which always was in such a positive mood all the time and always asked how my day went. My experience here in ClubMed Tomamu was amazing though one thing I think could be improved on is even more GOs interacting with guests since I only got close to a few and during the night time they would be talking to each other instead of the guests.

We recently stayed for one night to celebrate a birthday, and overall, it was another memorable experience for our family.

From the moment we arrived, we were warmly welcomed and assisted right away. Ken, who checked us in, immediately set the tone for our stay with his positive energy and enthusiasm.

For dinner, we dined at Haku Restaurant and had a wonderful time. We were welcomed and seated by Mr. Ivo, who took the time to chat with us and made us feel comfortable and at home. Later, Ms. Ria came by our table, spoke with our daughter, and introduced the evening’s event. She was incredibly warm and friendly, and to our surprise, our daughter became very excited about participating.

Throughout our stay, Ms. Jam consistently went above and beyond with her hospitality and kindness. She truly is a gem, and we highly recommend her. We would also like to thank Mary from breakfast service for her excellent care.

A special mention goes to the lead singer for the birthday celebrations. This was our second birthday stay, and she happened to be the lead singer both years. Her energy, voice, and enthusiasm bring so much life to the birthday celebration. The way she introduces the birthday song creates such a fun atmosphere, and it’s something we genuinely look forward to every year.

One of the highlights of our stay happened during the evening show. We initially chose to go swimming, so our daughter wasn’t enrolled in the kids’ activity. However, after seeing the performance, she became very interested in joining. We approached a lady at the bar wearing a black coat (unfortunately, I didn’t catch her name), and she was incredibly accommodating. She helped us backstage and arranged for our daughter to participate even without a costume. Seeing our daughter on stage was a first for our family, and it created a memory we’ll never forget.

That same evening, another staff member kindly assisted our daughter backstage and helped her make a bracelet. We are grateful for the care and attention she received.

The following day, we visited the archery activity. We understood that our daughter, being only four years old, was below the minimum age requirement. We weren’t asking for an exception or for her to fully participate. However, during our previous stay, Jesse had kindly allowed her to briefly hold the bow and pretend to shoot for a few minutes. It was a small gesture, but it became a lasting memory for our daughter.

This time, we were told, “That’s impossible.” While we completely respect the rules, the wording left us feeling we are giving lies just to get a try. A more welcoming response would have been appreciated.

Later, we visited the trapeze activity, and the team there demonstrated exactly what makes Club Med special. They explained the safety requirements, asked about our check-out time, and then kindly allowed our daughter to try once before the next age group’s session. That small effort made all the difference. She had an amazing time, and we all shared a wonderful moment together.

For us, that’s what truly sets Club Med apart. It’s not always about saying yes, but about finding ways to create memorable experiences whenever possible. The warmth, flexibility, and genuine care shown by so many of the staff members are the reasons we continue to return and why our daughter loves Club Med so much.

A special thank you to Lyra at reception, who went the extra mile by checking if there was anything else I needed for my room. Her attentiveness made me feel genuinely welcomed.

I especially enjoyed the mountain biking activities. Reuben and Josh were incredibly patient and encouraging, helping me overcome my difficulty cycling up a challenging slope. With their guidance and motivation, I finally managed to conquer it after a few days, which was a very rewarding achievement.

Every morning, Sports Manager Ai was there to make sure everyone was properly geared up and ready for the day's activities. Her dedication and organization ensured everything ran smoothly.

I also had a great time trying different activities. Ujang and Jake made archery both fun and engaging, while Athena introduced me to bocce for the first time with clear instructions and lots of encouragement.

The restaurant team also deserves special recognition for their exceptional service. Everyone was warm, attentive, and always ready to help, making every meal an enjoyable experience.

Thank you to the entire Club Med Tomamu team for making my holiday so enjoyable. I look forward to returning!

Club Med Tomamu was a fantastic getaway with beautiful Hokkaido scenery, well-organized activities, and warm, welcoming hospitality throughout our stay.
A special shoutout to Kira for her engaging and well-run excursions, which made exploring the area fun and stress-free, and to Ai for a great hiking experience that showcased the natural beauty around the resort. Maggie at the boutique was wonderfully attentive and thoughtful, making shopping easy and enjoyable, while Bruce at the main bar stood out with his friendly energy and excellent service that made evenings especially memorable.
We also appreciated the support from the rest of the team: Milka and Ashley at the main bar, Nami and Ken at reception, Anthena from the sports team, Logan the chief, Albert, Shanila the sales manager, Austin (Bingo), and Ahmed at the main restaurant, all of whom contributed to a smooth and pleasant atmosphere.
Overall, Club Med Tomamu delivered a memorable and well-rounded holiday experience, and I would gladly return and recommend it to others looking for a relaxing yet activity-filled stay in Hokkaido.
