Bintan Island Indonesia

My family (2 adults and 3 kids) had a great time at Club Med Bintan. The Mini Club was superb. Many thanks to the team Rere, Syasya, Yulia, Kimi, Husen, Kelvin, Angel, Zan, Garfield, Danial, Dimas, Reka, Wood, Vera for taking such great care of the kids. Your energy, passion and enthusiasm are admirable - I’m really impressed how you can keep up with the children from 8:30am to 8:30pm! You never compromise on safety, and you are always on the ball in engaging each child - especially the quiet and shy ones. Because I knew my kids are enjoying themselves and are in safe hands, my husband and I could participate in activities by ourselves.

Food selection was great - good mix of child friendly and posh dishes. Rooms are a bit dated, but appreciate the prompt maintenance (within 2 hours) to repair the corridor light.

A big thank you to the wonderful Mini/Petite Club team -Shasha, Garfield, Rere, Danial, Zan, Angel, Dimas, Reka, Wood, Vera, Yulia, Kimi, Husen, and Kelvin. We are so grateful for your kindness and support in looking after Ezekiel and Clara. Although they started off as little crying babies, they always returned to us as happy ones by midday. Hopefully, on our next visit, they will be confident enough to stay happily for the full day. Thank you for the little gifts before our departure!! Little surprise warmed our heart and turns into a great memories for our stay there!

I also want to acknowledge your team’s dedication and hard work in preparing the Pesona Show. Even though our children did not take part, your performance was truly impressive! You all led the children so well and delivered a stunning show. Thumbs up!

A special mention to Coco from Customer Service such a cheerful and eloquent lady from Japan. Despite us arriving tired and hungry, she warmly guided us through the check-in process, even offering help with our backpacks and promptly arranging an additional bed for my parents’ room. Your spontaneous and thoughtful assistance was much appreciated.

Thank you to Michael from Archery, who patiently guided my parents in learning the sport and even introduced my little one to soft archery indoors. We also enjoyed the efforts of other GOs, such as the wall-climbing instructor sport information staff, whose names I unfortunately did not catch hopefully we can join more of your sports activities on our next visit.

Finally, heartfelt thanks to the housekeeping team for their immediate response in locating and returning our bottle cleaning set before our departure. Your attentiveness made a real difference. We really enjoy the 4D3N stays!!

The rooms are a little tired and need renovation (I think this has started now) and the pool needs resurfacing as the floor is very sharp and cuts your feet.

Everything else was wonderful though, the sports facilities are excellent, the food was good and the staff are amazing.

Special mentions for our favourite barman, Walter who never stops smiling. Jeevan in the sports centre who was so kind and helpful organising games for us and lastly Michael who was so good with the children and always puts the guest first. What an amazing team!

Wonderful resort for a short getaway with the family. Staff were attentive and accommodating. GOs were vibrant, energetic and engaging. Shoutout in particular to Michael from Manchester from the sports team for making our time at the Archery station a very enjoyable one. Shoutout also to the GOs at the Mini Club, i was very impressed by how engaging they were with the kids and how well they were able to entertain the kids from morning to evening! The surfaces of the smaller pool need to be redone though - too rough; my daughter and myself sustained some scrapes from swimming in the pool. Rooms were tidy and very clean, and service was prompt when called for. Overall, would recommend for couples, families or even corporate getaways for a weekend or so.

Wonderful Experience at Club Med Bintan!

I’d like to give Club Med Bintan a huge 👍 for such an amazing and unforgettable trip! The whole team is truly hardworking, passionate, and full of positive energy. Let me share some highlights of the wonderful G.Os we met:

Michael (Archery Team) – He is absolutely adorable! His dedication and professionalism made archery so fun for all of us. His humor and cheerful personality kept us laughing throughout the trip. Honestly, leaving on the second day was so hard because of the joy he brought us.

Zan (Mini Club) – Always the highlight of the crowd, so easy to notice! He’s super funny and clearly loves his job. He even showed me how much darker he got from working under the sun. I really hope Club Med can gift him some branded sunscreen 😂.

Wood (Mini Club) – Our “Korean oppa”! Although he just started two months ago, he is already very attentive, hardworking, and gentle when speaking. I can see he’s giving his best, and I believe he will grow stronger and more charming. Can’t wait to meet him again next time!

Mr. Garfield (Mini Club, from Thailand) – Truly the soul of the Mini Club. He sings so beautifully, and we shared many fun stories and jokes together. Such a joy to be around him.

Syasya (Mini Club) – From the same country as me! We met before when she was in Club Med Kuantan, and it was so nice to see her again here. She’s still the same—lovely smile, responsible, competent, and super sweet.

Dino (Photographer) – A big thank you for capturing so many wonderful photos for us. Because of you, we’re bringing home unforgettable memories ❤️.

Overall, Club Med Bintan exceeded all our expectations. Thank you for making our holiday so special—we truly can’t wait to come back again!
