5/5 • 01/12/2024Love to be back here once again for a quick family getaway. As always without fail ClubMed staffs and GO were so kind and cheerful with their endless warm welcome hospitality! Packed with activities all day for kids and adults. Wish we could stay longer to experience them all.
Quality for the cocktail drinks could be better but hey it’s free flow all day long! So no one had a bad day! Our room were clean and well maintained so well done.
Definitely we will be back again soon!

Pleasant and relaxing stay in Club Med Bintan
5/5 • 28/11/2024We went to club med bintan for 4 nights and 5 days. It was a really pleasant stay. The food was amazing, the beach is really clean and nice to swim in. There are plenty of activities to do. The staff there are really friendly. I spent a few nights having drinks and chatting with them.

5/5 • 27/11/2024We recently stayed at the Club Med Bintan and overall, it was a pleasant experience. The highlight of our stay was definitely the staff – they were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and always ready to assist with anything we needed. Their warm service really made us feel at home throughout our stay. Shout out to Ms. Sentha The resort manager for her kindness, always checking on us to make sure that we are ok, Mitch and Berta for having dinner with us, Jacky ,Athena,Nur,Leo thank your for the great service.
That said, the rooms were a bit dated and could use some updating. While they were still comfortable and clean.
Despite this, the overall experience was still very enjoyable. The hotel grounds are beautiful, and the location is fantastic, with easy access to the beach, I would recommend Club Med Bintan for those looking for a relaxing stay with excellent service, though it would be nice to see the rooms modernized in the future.

Great place to be!
5/5 • 26/11/2024We were a family of 4 adults two kids one of which was toddler and other infant and we had a great time in the resort. Shout out to a the GOs and other staffs who made our stay a memorable one. Special mention of::
Petit club: Rere (her energy and enthusiasm is infectious), Hayley (such a fine lady and handled our 3 year old very well), Syasha (such a lovely personality) and a gentleman who was also involved in Petit club (couldn’t catch his name) is a great guy;
aerial yoga instructor Sandy is such a patient and an excellent coach;
Ali and Byan made sure we had fun during evening activities;
Kelly, Richard and a GO who just joined Bintan from Club Med Mexico were fun to play table tennis with and learn golf from.
Tom, Tama, Tiara and many more, names of whom I am sorry I can’t recall now, were important in making club med experience a great one. Thanks for the fun!

As a preventive measure against bird flu, you are advised not to visit bird markets and zoos.
