We had an excellent experience at the hotel! The facilities are great, very well maintained, and the atmosphere is welcoming from start to finish. A special highlight goes to the Teens Club, which truly made a difference during our stay. The GOs Joaquim, Anook, and Eva are absolutely amazing — attentive, energetic, responsible, and genuinely connected with the teens, who felt comfortable, safe, and very well taken care of.

We also want to give special praise to the lifeguard Tudor, who is extremely friendly, always attentive and professional, while also bringing a great positive energy and sense of security.

Overall, it was a memorable stay, made even better by a warm, professional, and enthusiastic team. We would definitely come back and highly recommend this hotel!

My wife and I, together with our two teenage sons (16 & 19) spent the Christmas week at Samoens resort and it was a great family holiday.

The resort was perfect for our family. The fact that it is ski in and out makes it so simple. Ski school and rental was a breeze. Boys learnt to snowboard in a couple of days. Slopes were busy as one would expect for that time of year but lots of blue and green slopes which is great for average/beginner skiers.

Hotel was lovely. Food, as with all Club Meds, was brilliant. Especially the desert table! Theatre and bar area was nice and spacious but had great family type vibe to it. Special shout out to GO Tudor who was great value. Met on bus in and joined on transfer back to Geneva. Was good spending time with him and just hearing his story.

If I am overly critical, only issue (and not a real issue) was that we had to take 3 lifts to our room. So if had to redo would maybe try get room closer to reception but this was really a minor challenge.

This is the second club med ski we have done and we will very happily return here. Thanks so much to all at resort for a memorable family holiday.

The stay at Club Med was excellent from start to finish. The atmosphere was welcoming, the facilities were great, and everything ran seamlessly. A special shoutout to Kayden, Valentine, and Maelysse, who were incredibly accommodating and friendly throughout the stay. Their professionalism and warmth really stood out and made the experience more enjoyable. I’d happily recommend Club Med and would love to return in the future.

Views on the mountain are great, rooms have a good size and are well designed

Food was excellent, good variety and high quality. Restaurant is of course a bit busy at the rush hour for lunch and dinner, but it still is well organised and not a problem

Bar is great, with a special thanks to Francois and his team, preparing great cocktails and being super nice !

Kids loved the mini club with Blue and Taissa, who took great care of them and made their time outside ski lessons super fun

For ski lesson, it is delivered by the “official” French school of ski. The kids loved their instructors and made tremendous progress. For us, we had a great instructor - tall Cedric - who took us to many cool places, challenging but always with the right level of
