Best ski holiday ever
5/5 • 24/02/2025We visited this Club Med this February and it was the best holiday of my life.
The hotel is immaculate surrounded by the most beautiful views of the alps. The weather for us was idyllic.
We had two adjoining bedrooms which was fabulous. The food is incredible and the pool is fab.
Couldn’t fault anything. Will definitely go back. The staff here are nothing but helpful friendly and super accommodating. My 6 year old love the ski club and can now ski down a green slope all by himself.

Great stay for Winter Break

This February holiday week is the busiest of the year but they managed it brilliantly- from the restaurant (Merci, Anita and Samy!) to the Mini Club (Thanks, Olivia, Lara and Nae!).

Good Grand Massif experince, terrible arrival at Geneva airport.
4/5 • 12/02/2025Overall very good experience with CM in Grand Massif, except for arrival at Geneva airport. Plenty of CM arrival staff on hand, every one is running around frazzled and rushed. We waited over an hour to be show to the bus, there was an almost 1km walk with skis and bags in tow, some fellow passengers with little children really struggled... I did speak with transportation manager at the club who basically said "this is how it is". This was our 4th trip to CM via Geneva airport, and it has never been like this, in previous occasions we waited at most 10-15 minutes. I hope this helps.

Another good Club Med
5/5 • 09/02/2025We went with another couple and we had the best time. This was our 4th club med visit and each location gets better and better. We even got early check in which was a definite bonus!!! They cater to families so if you don’t mind lots of children then this is the place for you! We have grandchildren so we enjoyed seeing all the families. There were lots of room if you wanted a quiet corner and there was enough night life. Of course we were there to ski we picked a great time as it snowed plenty the week before. ESF was amazing. We had Amandine and she was spectacular and we couldn’t have asked for anyone more skilled or friendlier. We were in 3A for the 1st day and I knew I couldn’t keep up for 4 more days so we bumped down to 3B which was a better match and they accommodated us very quickly the next day. Amandine even brought us to 2 local restaurant/ bars and this made it very special. We took off one afternoon and we went into to town- Samoens using the gondola. Quaint French town with shopping and lots of small bars and eating establishments. Perfect afternoon trip. Lots of varied foods so no one went hungry. The Skyline restaurant is a definite must. Quiet and away from the buffet. We couldn’t make a reservation on the app so we went to the restaurant and made an in person reservation. The pool and the hot tub was a great place since we met people from around the globe! Would definitely recommend Grand Massif.
