Punta Cana Dominican Republic

Our vacation at Club Med Punta Cana was unforgettable! From the stunning beaches to the lively ambience and delicious food, every moment was pure enjoyment. A special shoutout goes to Houda from the Guest Relations team, she made our stay extra memorable with her warmth, attentiveness, and personal touch. Whether it was helping with our bookings, answering questions, or simply making us feel welcome, Houda went above and beyond. The resort itself is a paradise: amazing dining options, beautiful surroundings, and a relaxing yet fun atmosphere. Thanks to Houda and the Club Med team, this trip will stay in our hearts forever!

The staff were super friendly, constantly attentive, very hard-working and always carried a smile. Every day, they tried to engage our grumpy toddler and made the transition as good as it could possibly be. The mini-club members of staff were excellent and tried their very hardest to keep our little boy happy and well cared for. This enabled my husband and I to have quality time together, which was fantastic - I even got my PADI certification!! As a family, we made memories I will cherish forever! :D

I traveled with a group of pickleball playing men and we had a great time. We never expected to participate in the Circus activities but we loved the trapeze school. The water sports, racquet sports, golf area, water aerobics were all fantastic with excellent instruction. The staff is incredibly friendly. Be sure to download the app showing all of the activities and when all the areas open. The rooms and beds are very comfortable. They are renovating so a couple of restaurants were closed but the food was good and the service was excellent.

Our stay at Club Med Punta Cana was more than amazing! Even with some ongoing construction and the natural presence of seaweed, the overall experience was exceptional, and nothing took away from the beauty of the resort and the quality of the service.

A special mention to HOUDA from the Guest Relations team, who went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect during our stay. Her professionalism, kindness, and attention to detail truly elevated our experience.

We highly recommend Club Med Punta Cana and look forward to returning!
