Zen Oasis suites are very comfortable and the resort has a good mix of relaxation and fitness activities. Staff is very energetic and helpful . Shout out to Hector for his extra attention to detail, help with wine from Cave à vin and actually remembering your name !

My mother and I brought my 2 year old son to the resort for a week in hopes we can all have fun and get a break. We put him in the Club’s mini club most of the day and he had a blast! He was in great hands with the team of Monica, Marty, Hera, Rose and Geralda. He was well taken care of and they run a tight ship! My son swam most days with them, played a sport or 2, ate well and was well cared for. I’m so happy we went and everyone had such a great time. Highly recommend!

What a fantastic vacation! First off, know that this resort experienced a fire in Sept 2024 and they are rebuilding. To be complete in Fall 2025. We were told of this a few weeks before arrival, which made me nervous. The resort has done an incredible job of reorganizing so that you hardly notice the disruption. There are only two restaurants, instead of three, but we never had any issues of crowding or not getting a table. During the day there were construction noises if you were at the main pool, but frankly, they did not bother me at all. And the programming has been reorganized but you would never know a difference.

Ok, now the resort. The food was excellent. The variety, quality, and little surprises - bbq at the beach, fruit at the bar, coconuts at the beach, etc were fantastic. It is mainly buffet service, so just be aware in advance. Drinks were plentiful. The activities were incredible. So many options, with something happening all the time. There were tons of kids at the resort, but I only knew this because there was no kids club on Saturday (change over day) and so the kids were everywhere. The rest of the week, I never saw them - the staff did a fantastic job of keeping the kitties occupied. Note that the resort is primarily French speaking. The kids groups seemed to all be speaking French, although, I asked the staff and they said English was spoken too - although I never observed that. This was a big intimidating for my tween/teens as their entire group was only speaking French, so they opted out. Big that was ok. Night time entertainment was fun - the Michael Jackson show was a highlight - I would have thought it was actually MJ on stage. You have to join in a bit to get the full experience - ie 9pm line dancing - an absolute blast, but you have to join. The rooms are very basic, but clean and comfortable with plenty of room. You are never in them….Overall amazing trip!

Beautiful trip to Club Med Punta Cana. The staff were so helpful (especially Guest Relations when the airline lost our luggage). We especially loved the tennis program, with lessons in the morning and tournaments in the afternoon. Food was amazing, healthy and fresh.
